A BC Services Card account lets you securely access online government services and confirm who you are when you sign in.
What's New?
We've updated the BC Services Card app to create a simpler, more connected experience for our users.
While the app has a refreshed look and feel, the features you rely on today remain the same. Existing BC Services Card functionality continues to work as it always has, with improvements to navigation, accessibility and overall performance.
What's new – August 2026
- Simpler navigation: Find the features you use most with an updated, more intuitive design.

- Better performance: Behind-the-scenes improvements provide a more modern, reliable and secure experience.
- One app, many digital services: We've moved BC Wallet features into the BC Services Card app.
How it works
You can use your account to access many different websites and apps.
- Go to a website or app and choose to log in with BC Services Card.
- Prove who you are with the BC Services Card app or your username, password and BC Token.
- Go back to the website or app and you'll be logged in.
Access to many services
You can use your account to access many different websites and apps. Two that are frequently accessed are:
Health Gateway
View your B.C. health records in one place, including immunizations and schedule, lab test results, diagnostic imaging reports, BC Cancer Screening letters, medications, health visits and more.
Canada Revenue Agency My Account
View and manage your personal income tax and benefit information.
Your privacy is always protected
While you may access many different services, your privacy is always protected.
You can see what is sent to the service - like your name or birthdate.
We do not send more information than a service needs.
What you do after you log in is not known or saved.
Which services you access is confidential.

Keep an eye on things and manage your account
When you log into your account, you can see things like:
- Services you logged in to. The name of the service is only saved for 180 days
- Unsuccessful login attempts
- Mobile devices with the app set up
You can also remove your account from the app, update your preferences, and manage your email address.
